FOUNDERS
Winslow E. Hill and Alicia N. Hill operate as a unified force behind Pillar & Steward Advisors, combining decades of military discipline, frontline VA system experience, and real-world advocacy into one mission — helping veterans and their families move with clarity and purpose.
CO-FOUNDER
U.S. Army Retired · 22 Years
Former VSO · GA Dept. of Veterans Services
Winslow, a retired United States Army professional, served 22 years executing under pressure, leading with structure, and delivering results. His military career was built on discipline, accountability, and mission-first thinking — qualities that don't retire when the uniform comes off.
After his military career, he continued his service for over a decade as a Veteran Service Officer with the Georgia Department of Veterans Services, gaining deep insight into the VA system and how veterans can navigate it effectively. He saw what worked, what failed, and what veterans truly needed to move forward the right way.
"22 years of executing under pressure. A decade inside the VA system. He doesn't guess — he knows."
CO-FOUNDER
Retired Military Spouse
7+ Years VSO · GA Dept. of Veterans Services
Alicia, a retired military spouse, brings the other side of the mission. She understands the sacrifices, frustrations, and overlooked battles that veterans and their families face — not from a distance, but from lived experience inside that world.
Driven by purpose, she dedicated over 7 years as a Veteran Service Officer with the Georgia Department of Veterans Services, where she became a strong advocate and voice for veterans and spouses working through the VA process. She didn't just process paperwork — she fought for people.
"She lived the military life. Then she spent 7 years fighting for the people who served it. That's not a resume — that's a calling."
THE MISSION
Together, they built Pillar & Steward Advisors to bridge the gap between confusion and execution. Their approach is not based on theory. It's built on years inside the system — seeing what works, what fails, and what veterans truly need to move forward the right way.
Don't chase shortcuts.
They build structure.
Don't deal in guesswork.
They deliver clarity.
Don't just support veterans.
They equip them.
